Terms of payment and obtaining a certificate
Your personal information will be used to complete Your order and registration to the course, also to improve our website. This information is used due to our policy.
Registration to courses is necessary. You can register the other person or cancel his registration no later than two days before the course begins, otherwise the entire amount of Your payment will be withheld.
In registration confirmation there are: date, time and course place. We ask You to come to the courses in advance, being late may result in non-permission to the class.
Company
You can pay for the course during the registration using e-bank codes. Or You can pay by invoice after the learning. The card will be sent within 3 weeks from the date of payment of the invoice. Invoice must be paid within 14 days. Invoices can be sent electronically, in pdf by email, or by paper.
Private person
You cam pay for the course during the registration using e-bank codes, or by credit card or cash in our classroom. If You cancel the course with all agreed conditions, Your fee will be returned in 2 weeks.
Additional payment
- E-invoice 1,80 + НДС 24%
- PDF invoice via email 1,80 + НДС 24%
- Paper invoice 5,50 + НДС 24%
Certificate of learning completion and a card
We give a one month valid temporary certificate immediately after course completion and successfully passed the exam. The card will be sent by mail to the address You entered during the registration in 3 weeks after course ending and its payment. During the first aid course completion we will give You a card after course completion and payment.
We are not responsible for cards loss during mail sending or for wrong recipient addresses you entered during registration.
You can order a new card to replace the lost one for 20 + VAT 24%.
If the course is cancelled, we will inform You about this using You contact information You entered during registration. Savarus Oy has its right to move the date of the course or cancel it. In this case, Savarus Oy must inform a client 5 days before the course start day. If we cancel the course, we offer another option to pass the course. Savarus Oy is not responsible for other course related expenses.
