This course is designed for employees working with food products and provides the essential basic knowledge on maintaining hygiene standards in food handling.
The Hygiene Passport is mandatory for anyone working with food, for example:
in cafés and restaurants;
in grocery stores;
in kitchens and food production facilities;
handling unpackaged, perishable products.
❗ Important: exam preparation is self-directed.
Before the course, we recommend studying the book “Fundamentals of Food Hygiene”:
Before the exam, we also provide a one-hour practical session with an instructor to reinforce your knowledge.
After passing the exam successfully:
The Hygiene Passport (card) is sent by mail within one month to the address you provided during registration;
The passport has no expiration date.
